Our Guest Rooms

All our guest rooms are in an annexe to the side of the main house. The annexe has its own entrance so guests can access their room without ringing door bells or having to walk through our main home. Come and go as you please.

  • We have three ground floor guest rooms with private en-suite facilities.
  • En-suite shower, wash hand basin and w/c.
  • Complimentary toiletries, towels and hairdryer.
  • TV and free WiFi.
  • Tea and coffee always available
  • All rooms have views of the County Down countryside
  • Access to the sunroom to relax or work in.

  • Rate: £40 per person per night.

We do not have family rooms. However quests with children old enough to sleep in their own room often book a double for themselves and the adjacent twin room for the children.

Situated in the hall with trays to take to your room or enjoy in the sunroom, or on the patio near the garden.

Contains a selection of teas, fruit teas, coffee and drinking chocolate with biscuit nibbles on the side. Available at all times.

Sunroom

Every morning breakfast is served in the sunroom with a view of the Mourne Mountains and our garden.

For the rest of the day and in the evening it can be used for socialising or business. Mobile phone and laptop access available.
