At Oakleigh Bed and Breakfast we aim to give you a comfortable bed for the night and a hearty breakfast to start your day.
Our Guest Rooms
All our guest rooms are in an annexe to the side of the main house. The annexe has its own entrance so guests can access their room without ringing door bells or having to walk through our main home. Come and go as you please.

We do not have family rooms However guests with children old enough to sleep in their own room often book a double for themselves and the adjacent twin room for the children.
All rooms available for single occupancy.
Beverage Table
Situated in the hall with trays to take to your room or enjoy in the sunroom, or on the patio near the garden.
Contains a selection of teas, fruit teas, coffee and drinking chocolate with biscuit nibbles on the side. Available at all times.
Sunroom
Every morning breakfast is served in the sunroom with a view of the Mourne Mountains and our garden.
For the rest of the day and in the evening it can be used for socialising or business. Mobile phone and laptop access available.
